Job Description

– Act as a servant leader and facilitator for the agile team, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
– Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
– Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
– Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
– Coach team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of accountability and self-organization.
– Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and efficiency.
– Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders
– Ensure that project goals, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned with client expectations.


Requirements

– Proven experience as a Scrum Master with at least 1-2 years of experience.
– Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
– Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
– Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Familiarity with digital banking systems, technologies, and trends is a plus.
– Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
