Job Description
As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives for large-scale enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted partner to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving delivery excellence through effective collaboration, risk management, and continuous process improvement. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the growth of SmartOSC’s presence in Korea.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Team Management:
– Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
– Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Client Management:
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
– Actively participate in client meetings to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
Process Optimization:
– Continuously refine and implement delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
– Drive innovation and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or delivery roles in IT/digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with a minimum of 50 people.
– Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level.
– Strong understanding of project management principals. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
– Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
– Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high client satisfaction.
– Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency within delivery teams.
