Job Description

Role: Personal Assistant/Secretary to Chairman
● Communicate directly, on behalf of Chairman, with the Board of management (BOM), Head of Division/Department (HOD), staff, and others (internals and externals)
● Organizing and preparing meeting agenda, taking minutes, creating mailings, presentations, reports for the Chairman and other materials for the BOM.
● Research and analyze market and technology trends to advise the BOD
● Assist in Chairman’s business related activities, tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research and analysis
● Organize and manage the Chairman's calendar and appointments.
● Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners, and customers
● Work with Government Agencies and Suppliers in the countries with offices to ensure the maintenance of office operations
● Be responsible for internal projects as assigned
● Other tasks as assigned


Requirements

Essential:
● Have experience in an Executive Assistant or similar roles
● Fluent in both spoken and written English
● Able to communicate with all levels, assertive and initiative
● Result oriented
● Able to handle multiple tasks
● Aptitude in creative problem-solving
● Commit to be reachable at all times
Desirable (Good to have):
● Experience working in IT industry is a plus
● A degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
