Job Description

● Generating leads and opportunities through existing connections, prospecting and events
● Establishing the Business needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate services/products
● Managing and maintaining the customer relationship
● Explaining technical and business information to customers in a way that is easily understandable
● Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise
● Keeping customers informed about new products/ services
● Compiling proposals and reports (on CRM, and other reports)
● Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met
● Reporting to management about sales made
● Updating records of customer communications and contact information


Requirements

● Experience in Sales and IT industry
● Fluent in both spoken and written English (comfortable in communication with overseas customers)
● Superb written and verbal communication skills
● Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
● Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
● Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
● A bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
