Job Description

Develop a trusted advisor
relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders

Recommend valuable
services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets

Be the primary point of contact to
onboard new clients after signing the contract

Communicate clearly the progress to
internal and external stakeholders

Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ,
Tenders…

Negotiating all contracts with the
clients.

Manage customer data on the CRM
system

Prepare weekly and monthly reports.


Requirements

Essential:

Proven account management or other relevant experience (02+ years) in IT service

Proven ability to communicate,
present, and influence effectively at all levels

❖ Proven
ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and
problem-solving skills

Fluent in both spoken and written
English (Advanced level)

Hard-working and self-accountable

Desirable
(Good to have):

Experience working/living in cross-culture,
international environments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
years of experience in a related position

Background in the IT industry is
preferred
