Job Description
❖ Develop a trusted advisor
relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders
❖ Recommend valuable
services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets
❖ Be the primary point of contact to
onboard new clients after signing the contract
❖ Communicate clearly the progress to
internal and external stakeholders
❖ Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ,
Tenders…
❖ Negotiating all contracts with the
clients.
❖ Manage customer data on the CRM
system
❖ Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Essential:
❖ Proven account management or other relevant experience (02+ years) in IT service
❖ Proven ability to communicate,
present, and influence effectively at all levels
❖ Proven
ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
❖ Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and
problem-solving skills
❖ Fluent in both spoken and written
English (Advanced level)
❖ Hard-working and self-accountable
Desirable
(Good to have):
❖ Experience working/living in cross-culture,
international environments
❖ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
years of experience in a related position
❖ Background in the IT industry is
preferred
