Job Description

Consulting:
– Perform market research to identify emerging technology trends, understand user demands, and analyze the competitive landscape
– Develop the marketing technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives
– Advise on the selection and implementation of marketing technology tools and platforms
– Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness through technology.
Implementation:
– Execute the deployment and integration of marketing technology solutions (e.g. marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems).
– Oversee data integration, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
Execution and Optimization:
– Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels using marketing technology tools.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing technology initiatives, providing actionable insights.
– Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to enhance productivity and ROI.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and utilization of marketing technology.
Compliance and Security:
– Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
– Implement and maintain security protocols to protect customer and company data.


Requirements

– Bachelor of Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ IT
– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing technology, with a proven track record in both consulting and execution roles.
– Excellent up-to-date knowledge of the marketing technology landscape
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies
– Have experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution.
– Excellent metric-driven & analytical skills
– Growth mindset with results-driven approach to marketing (testing, measuring, iterating)
– Attention to detail, good time and project management, ability to see projects from conceptualization to completion
– Team player with attitude to work independently and possess a high level of initiative
– Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
– English Proficiency (IELTS 6.0+)
– Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms are a plus.
