Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive SmartOSC’s business expansion in Korea. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new strategic accounts with multi-million-dollar potential.
Responsibilities:
● Identify and close deals with enterprise clients through strategic partnerships, proactive prospecting, and high-level networking.
● Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans, targeting C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
● Build long-term client partnerships by deeply understanding their business goals and aligning SmartOSC’s solutions to deliver real impact.
● Partner with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful project kick-offs post-sale.
● Represent SmartOSC at business events, conferences, and executive networking forums.
● Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their performance and professional growth.
Requirements
● Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience in Korea
● Proven track record of securing large-scale enterprise deals valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
● Exceptional strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to manage and grow C-level relationships (CXO/Executives).
● Good communication and presentation skills in English.
● Plus: Experience in the IT industry is a strong advantage
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
