At SmartOSC, we recognize that our people are our most valuable resource. We are currently seeking for an experienced Global IT Recruiter to join our team. Your primary focus will be on recruiting for the Global market (Australia, Thailand, Korea, Japan,…), targeting both Vietnamese and local professionals. Good communication skills in English are essential for this role.
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions. Provide them with advice on recruitment strategy and understanding of the labor market
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Support interview and select high potential candidates for the shortlist
• Consult Hiring Manager to offer the high-quality candidates for projects
• Negotiate, manage offer process
• Take part in Employer Branding, develop communication channels to attract potential candidates
Talent Database Management:
• Foster and strengthen relationships with specialized candidates in the industry.
• Manage the IT talent hub, maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates.


• At least 3 years of equivalent experience in IT industry
• Strong knowledge and solid experience in IT recruitment
• Excellent skill in screening, headhunting, interviewing candidates
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skill
• Flexibility, high responsibility and ability to work independently and under high pressure 
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills 
• Good at English (verbal and written)
