Job Description

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
– Define and execute the sales strategy for the Thailand market to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets.
– Develop annual and quarterly sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
– Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships.
– Drive expansion within existing accounts and acquisition of new key clients.
Team Leadership & Management
– Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
– Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
– Recruit, onboard, and ramp up sales talent as the business grows.
– Foster a strong sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
– Own and manage strategic/key customer relationships, especially enterprise or high-value accounts.
– Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals.
– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and proposing value-driven solutions.
– Collaborate closely with Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams.
Business Development & Market Intelligence
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights in Thailand.
– Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
– Provide regular market feedback and insights to regional and global leadership.
Reporting & Governance
– Track sales performance and pipeline health using CRM tools.
– Provide regular reporting on revenue, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and local regulations.


Requirements

– 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Thailand.
– Experience managing B2B sales (enterprise, mid-market, or strategic accounts).
– Background in technology, IT services, SaaS, outsourcing, or consulting is highly preferred.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
– Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
