Account Manager (Korea)

Job Description

– Proactively understand the performance (across multiple dimensions) and progress on the account through regular calls/meetings with both the client and the offshore delivery team to increase the client’s satisfaction and expand the revenue of the account.
– Proactively hold periodic service/account reviews with both the client and the account manager.
– Work closely with the Account team to manage the Client's Account.
– Protect cost lines and revenue lines help to grow future revenues.


– Proven Enterprise Assistant / Account Management / Customer Support or other relevant experience (03+ years)
– Proven ability to communicate, present, build strong relationships and influence effectively at all levels
– Proven ability to coordinate while paying strict attention to details
– Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
– Fluent in spoken and written Korea and English (Advanced level)
– Hard-working and self-accountable
