Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Program Manager to join our team in Korea. In this role, you will Oversee and manage the technical execution of projects within a program, serving as a bridge between internal delivery teams and external clients/partners to achieve project goals on time and within budget.
Oversee Technical Aspects of Projects/Programs:
• Deliver executive-level technical reports.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps.
• Track and report performance metrics.
• Create issue and risk management plans.
Align Internal and External Stakeholders:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners.
• Ensure technical roadmaps align with client and partner objectives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Manage Technical Execution:
• Ensure execution is aligned with defined roadmaps.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics.
• Address technical risks and issues proactively.


Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● In-depth understanding of system architecture (e.g., eCommerce systems, API integration, payment gateways, security protocols, and databases).
● 10+ years of experience in technical or project management roles, preferably in eCommerce or consumer-facing applications.
● Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in a global environment.
● Strong hands-on experience with technical and project teams.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
● Collaborative mindset and adaptability.
● Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
