Job Description
– Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
– Provide architecture recommendations aligned with project goals and industry best practices.
– Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
– Contribute to complex technical implementation when required
– Troubleshoot critical technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
– Guide developers on best practices and coding standards.
– Ensure technical alignment between customer expectations and implementation teams.
– Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
– Collaborate with off-shore team in Vietnam.
Requirements
– Good in both spoken and written English, Fluent Thai.
– 6+ years of experience in software development, with strong experience in at least one of the following: Java/Golang.
– 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role.
– Solid understanding of system architecture and scalable solution design.
– Experience working directly with clients in consulting or outsourcing environments is highly preferred
– Experience working with APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based environments (AWS).
– Familiarity with modern software development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
– Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
