Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong track record in enterprise sales within Vietnam, capable of leading and closing high-value deals with large local corporations. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with top-tier Vietnamese enterprises across Commerce, Banking, Cloud, Data & AI, and Enterprise Solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Identify, develop, and close large-scale deals with enterprise clients in Vietnam, focusing on long-term strategic partnerships.
● Build and execute account strategies targeting top Vietnamese corporations and conglomerates, engaging directly with C-level stakeholders.
● Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and solution consulting to negotiation and deal closing.
● Develop strong pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
● Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored digital transformation solutions.
● Represent SmartOSC at international business events, conferences, and executive networking forums.
● Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their performance and professional growth.


Requirements

● Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in the IT or digital transformation sector.
● Proven track record of successfully closing large enterprise deals in the Vietnam market.
● Strong capability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-level executives across various industries and regions.
● Exceptional strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
● Strong network and experience working with large Vietnamese enterprises, conglomerates, or top-tier local companies.
● Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
● Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
