Senior Project Manager

Job Description

●        Lead
the development team to ensure the assigned duties meets business requirements
and the company's objectives

●        Manage
changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

●        Successfully
manage the relationship with the client

●        Create
and maintain comprehensive project documentation

●        Perform
risk management to minimize project risks

●        Identify,
track, manage and resolve project issues

●        Measure
project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

●        Work
directly with foreign customers from US, EU, ANZ, ASIA

●        Involved
in the recruiting of project staff

●        Training
and guiding your team members

●        Motivate
team members

●        Report
to: Division Manager

●        Manage
team size 10 – 20 members at least

Requirements

●        Bachelor’s
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Technical
discipline.

●        Good
project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading, risk
management, decision making

●        Excellent
English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate
with foreign clients clearly and concisely)

●        At
least 5 year-experience in PROJECT MANAGER Position

●        Ready
for on-site business travel

●        Good
communication skills: group discussion leading, team working, etc.

●        Highly
responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead

●        Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills

Having the following skills is an
advantage:

●        Experience
working with eCommerce 

●        Having
technical knowledge about PHP, .Net, JAVA and Mobile

●        Familiar
with Agile/ Scrum model
