Job Description

– Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios and scripts for Retail Banking applications.
–  Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing, Spike Testing, and Volume Testing.
–  Analyze system performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
–  Monitor application, API, database, and infrastructure performance metrics.
–  Collaborate directly with Developers, System Engineers, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Bank stakeholders to troubleshoot performance-related issues.
–  Prepare performance testing reports, analysis documents, and improvement recommendations.
–  Participate in system architecture and technical discussions from a performance testing perspective.
–  Support SIT/UAT/Production performance validation activities when required.
–  Ensure compliance with banking security and operational standards.


Requirements

–  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
–  Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Testing.
–  Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as: JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/NeoLoad
–  Strong knowledge of: API/Web performance testing/Database performance analysis /System scalability and concurrency testing/Microservices and distributed systems
–  Experience working in Banking/Financial projects is highly preferred.
–  Familiar with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Kibana, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.
–  Understanding of CI/CD and automated testing integration is a plus.
–  Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
–  Comfortable working in an onsite banking environment with high security and compliance requirements.
–  Able to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
–  Experience in Retail Banking domains:
–  Internet Banking
–  Mobile Banking
–  Payment Gateway
–  Core Banking
–  Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
–  ISTQB certification is a plus.
