Senior Business Analyst (Korean)

Job Description

– Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.

– Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and detailed user stories for technical teams.

– Analyze existing business processes and propose effective improvement solutions.

– Work closely with Project Managers (PMs), developers, QA, designers, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

– Support project planning, scope clarification, and change request management.

– Participate in UAT preparation, testing coordination, and issue tracking to ensure high-quality output.

– Act as the primary communication bridge between global clients and internal technical teams.

Requirements

– 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or a related role in IT services/software development

– Experience in eCommerce or digital platform projects is highly preferred

– Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

– Proficiency in creating professional Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Actionable Requirements

– Strong ability to use tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, or Figma/Balsamiq) to create Flowcharts, UML Diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence), and Wireframes.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

– Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams

– Fluent English communication skills are required for working with international stakeholders
