Job Description
Internal working processes and policies
• Proposing internal processes within the Sales and Marketing department and/or with other Departments / Divisions to support business better
• Being responsible for projects of automating reports and sales support processes
Cost and budget controlling
• Being responsible for calculating monthly, quarterly and annual incentives as policies
• Being responsible for
o Controlling the proposed expense within the budget
o Evaluating the reasonableness of the explanation from the cost proponent and proposing the approval of the expense
Sales support
• Reviewing and confirming the monthly results of each salesperson’s target
• Reviewing and confirming the process implementation
• Allocating resources to support salesperson and projects as requested
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
• 3 years in Sales Operation
• 1 year in Leader / Manager role.
• Communication in English (verbal and writing)
• Having time management skill, Microsoft Office skill, Teamwork and Organizational skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Having IT background is a plus
