Job Description
SmartOSC is seeking a Junior Legal Executive to support the Legal team in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, maintaining internal compliance procedures, and providing legal research and advice. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple legal matters in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
– Draft and review commercial contracts and other legal documents.
– Develop, maintain, and monitor the company’s procedures and compliance matters.
– Research and analyze legal regulations in Vietnam and other relevant jurisdictions.
– Conduct legal research and provide legal advice as required.
– Negotiate with clients and vendors.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
– University degree in Law, preferably from Hanoi Law University.
– Excellent English skills in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
– Having at least 1-2 years of working experience as a legal consultant/specialist (in a law firm or a corporate).
– Able to handle multiple tasks.
– Absolute integrity/ Attention to details.
– Good legal mindset.
– Good communication skill.
