IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate client-facing IT projects from planning through delivery. You will be responsible for driving communication, managing stakeholders, consulting with customers on project approaches, ensuring delivery milestones are met, and keeping projects on track in terms of scope, timeline, and risks.

This is a remote-first role based in Singapore, with occasional visits to the office as required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

   – Understand client needs and translate them into clear project plans and delivery expectations

   – Provide guidance on scope, approach, timelines, and delivery best practices

   – Maintain professional, proactive communication with stakeholders

   – Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects end-to-end

   – Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestone reporting

   – Coordinate resources and ensure timely completion of tasks

   – Work closely with clients, internal teams, vendors, and technical leads

   – Manage expectations, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed

   – Prepare status updates, progress reports, and project documentation

   – Maintain issue/risk logs and ensure follow-up actions are tracked

   – Ensure teams are aligned on requirements, priorities, and delivery progress

   – Support iterative delivery and continuous improvements where applicable

– Minimum 3–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager (or equivalent delivery role)

– Strong communication skills in English (client-facing; able to present clearly and write concisely)

– Proven experience managing IT projects with cross-functional stakeholders

– Solid understanding of project lifecycle, timelines, scope, and risk management

– Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while maintaining strong engagement

– Experience with common project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar) is preferred.
