Job Description
● Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve growth targets
● Own the sales P&L and drive business performance across all functions
● Build and nurture high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
● Identify new market opportunities and expand our footprint within the region
● Collaborate closely with local and global teams to align with company strategy

Requirements
● 10+ years of experience in IT services/ SI companies with a strong focus on enterprise sales
● Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue growth, and market expansion
● Deep understanding of the local business landscape and client dynamics
● Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
● Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
● Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred)Proven experience in establishing and scaling IT operations in a new market, with a strong focus on the Japanese IT sector.
