Full-stack Developer (React.js / Node.js)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers (React.js + Node.js) to join our delivery team supporting a Singapore client. You will own features end-to-end – from front-end interfaces to back-end services and APIs – and work directly with client stakeholders. At Lead level, you will also guide technical direction and mentor other engineers.

Strong English communication is essential, as you will collaborate directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

– Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end).

– Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces and develop robust RESTful APIs and back-end services.

– Own features end-to-end: requirements analysis, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.

– Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and client stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

– Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

– Participate in and contribute to technical discussions and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

– Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

– Communicate progress, risks, and technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

– Define technical architecture and make key design decisions for the project.

– Lead, mentor, and coach a team of developers; conduct code reviews and set coding standards.

– Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Singapore client.

– Plan, estimate, and manage technical delivery across the team.

– Middle: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

– Lead: 5+ years of experience, including team leadership or technical ownership on projects.

– Strong hands-on expertise in both:

  + React.js – component-based architecture, hooks, state management (Redux/Context), responsive UI.

  + Node.js – Express/NestJS, REST API design, asynchronous programming, database integration.

– Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development tools (Git, CI/CD).

– Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL) and API design/integration.

– Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and writing maintainable, testable code.

– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

– Good to excellent English communication (both written and spoken) – able to work directly with Singapore-based clients.
