Job Description
– Assist in monitoring and ensuring the quality of processes across various projects within the company.
– Support the implementation of quality assurance (QA) standards and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements.
– Participate in reviewing and auditing project documentation, ensuring all processes align with QA best practices.
– Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
– Assist in preparing QA reports, tracking performance metrics, and highlighting areas for improvement.
– Support QA team in conducting training sessions for other departments on quality standards and practices.
Requirements
– Final year students or fresh graduates in Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field
– Basic understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
– Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in English is an advantage.
– Can work full-time
