Job Description

– Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to gather and document
business requirements from clients.
– Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing suitable solutions for
various IT projects.
– Support the development of business models and process diagrams to visualize client
requirements and project workflows.
– Participate in client meetings and to gain insights into business needs and challenges.
– Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment of
business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
– Assist in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet the client’s requirements and
expectations.


Requirements

– Fresh graduates or final year student, major in Business Administration, Information
Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Basic understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies is an advantage.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project
management tools.
– Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign
clients clearly and concisely)
