Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team at SmartOSC, a leading digital agency specializing in delivering innovative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery process while being accountable for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the division. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects, optimize processes, and drive growth within a fast-paced, creative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
P&L Management:
Own and manage the division’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve financial targets and drive efficiency.
Project Delivery Leadership:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple digital projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and budget.
Act as the primary escalation point for project risks and issues, providing strategic resolutions.
Team Management:
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, designers, and strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential and performance.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate and manage resources across projects to ensure optimal utilization and delivery success.
Identify resource gaps and collaborate with leadership to address hiring or upskilling needs.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business objectives.
Actively participate in client meetings to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
Process Optimization:
Continuously refine and implement delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Drive innovation and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.


Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or delivery roles in IT/digital projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with minimum 50 people
● Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level
● Strong understanding of project management principals. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,  with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
● Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure.
● Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high client satisfaction.
● Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency within delivery teams.
