Cloud Architect (Azure)

– Cloud Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions using Azure services such as Azure App Services, Virtual Machines, Functions, and Kubernetes.

– Cloud Application Development: Collaborate with development teams to build, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications.

– Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement automated cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.

– Azure Security: Ensure best practices for cloud security, including identity management, role-based access control (RBAC), and data protection in the cloud.

– Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and scalability.

– Cloud Migrations: Plan and execute the migration of on-premise applications and workloads to Azure, ensuring minimal downtime and business continuity.

– Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance of cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve any cloud-related issues..

– Documentation: Create comprehensive architectural documentation for cloud environments and solutions to ensure clear communication with stakeholders and team members.

– 5+ years of experience in designing and building cloud solutions, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure.

– Proficiency in Azure cloud services (Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, etc.)

– Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git)

– Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM Templates)

– Familiarity with cloud security practices (RBAC, Azure Security Center)

– Solid understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and firewalls within Azure.

– Azure certification(s) is preferred.

– Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, C#) for scripting and automation.

– Good English skills: both verbal and written.
