Job Description
● Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This includes project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting
● Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. Address client expectations, gather requirements, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, designers, and testers. Encourage a collaborative environment, resolve conflicts, and support career development for team members
● Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in delivery practices. Implement and monitor best practices to optimize efficiency, enhance quality, and ensure continuous delivery
● Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams, to align project goals and deliverables
● Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the company's quality standards. Implement quality checks at every stage of the project and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned
● Budget Management: Manage project budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial updates. Work towards improving project profitability without compromising quality
● Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, establish mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to delivery.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
● Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or delivery roles in IT/digital projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with minimum 50 people
● Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level
● Strong understanding of project management principals. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders
● Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle complex situations and make decisions under pressure
● Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on delivering value and maintaining high client satisfaction
● Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and driving efficiency within delivery teams
● Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
