Business Development Manager

As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bangkok.

● Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand the company's presence in the Thailand market.

● Close deals to meet /exceed the assigned Sales Targets

● Build a network and identify business opportunities (Networks & Events)

● Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into successful business engagements.

● Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Good in both spoken and written English, Fluent Thai.

● 4+ year experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record

● In-depth knowledge of the Thailand IT services market and industry trends.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Work in an international environment with teams located in 7 countries

● Take part in SmartOSC rigorous Business Events calendar of over 10 events annually, including our internationally recognized flagship event Meet Magento Asia

● The deep insight of E-commerce, digital banking and enterprise-level retailers in various countries: Singapore, Thailand, US, UK, Australia

● Attractive salary package: up to $7000/month plus commission, performance bonus
