Job Description

• Communicate with Japanese Customers to clarify the user needs and business goals
• Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life-cycle.
• Manage the project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control the project.
• Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Understand the client’s needs and maintain a good business relationship with them.


Requirements

• Good at Japanese for 4 skills, have N2 or higher certificate is a plus.
• At least 2 years working experience as BrSE/SE in Web Development in Japan Market.
• Have experience in using at least one of these languages: PHP, Java, C#, Javascript,…
• Good communication Japanese skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
Advantageous skills:
• Experienced living in Japan is an advantage
• Have experience in Ecommerce domain, EC Site development
• Have experience in Requirement Analysis, System Design, Test Design
• Have expect to onsite in Japan
