Job Description

Integration Development

    • Design, develop and maintain integrations between Oracle RMS/RPM/ReSA/ReIM and internal and external systems, using batch, message-based (RIB/JMS/AQ), MFT and API (REST/SOAP) patterns

    • Develop and enhance interface-related Oracle objects (PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, views) and server scripts (Shell, Python, SQL*Loader)

    • Perform impact analysis before changing production interfaces or data structures

    • Contribute to data pipelines and workflow orchestration (e.g., Argo Workflows) for cross-system data flows

    • Produce technical design documents, interface specifications and runbooks

Middleware Platform & WebLogic Operations

    • Deploy, configure and maintain WebLogic domains and clusters in high-availability (HA) and

disaster-recovery (DR) configurations, ensuring installations meet standards and technical specifications

    • Tune JVM, thread pools, JDBC data sources and JMS resources for high-throughput retail transactions

    • Monitor middleware and application health using tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, NMON or open-source equivalents, and act on alerts before they affect stores

    • Support ORDS-based REST APIs, including connection-pool, authentication, availability and performance troubleshooting

    • Work with Infrastructure on load balancing and edge components (F5, ALB/NLB, WAF, DNS) and on identity integration (OID/OAM, LDAP, PAM)

    • Perform scheduled maintenance, patching and security compliance activities, following the existing change management process

    • Automate application deployments, housekeeping and routine operations using Shell, Ansible and OCI CLI

    • Help design DR strategies and plan and execute failover tests to confirm RTO/RPO targets

Production Support (L2/L3)

    • Trace and troubleshoot integration failures end to end across source applications, Oracle RIB/JMS/AQ, batch processes, APIs and Oracle Retail target tables; reconcile message status with actual business data

    • Monitor and recover failed or stuck RIB messages, adapters, queues and batch jobs, using controlled retry, replay and restart procedures that prevent duplicate or missing transactions

    • Investigate Oracle Retail batch dependencies and failures using Automic/UC4, application logs, restart tables, file processing status and database evidence

    • Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and put preventive measures in place

Delivery & Collaboration

    • Participate in Retail system migration and modernization initiatives, including cloud re-platforming and database migration

    • Work with QA on testing (SIT/UAT) and with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and deployments

    • Collaborate with Development, Operations, Infrastructure and Business teams across the application lifecycle

    • Run knowledge-transfer sessions and provide technical clarification to the team and offshore partners

    • Hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware (WebLogic / Fusion Middleware), including administration and performance tuning

    • Hands-on integration experience with Oracle RIB, SOA Suite, OSB, JMS/AQ or equivalent

    • Solid understanding of integration patterns (pub/sub, file-based, REST/SOAP APIs) and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)

    • Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, NMON)

    • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle production issues calmly under pressure

    • Good English communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders

    • Familiarity with Oracle identity and transfer components (OID, OAM, MFT)

    • Experience integrating with POS, e-Commerce platforms (e.g., Magento) or WMS

    • Domain knowledge in retail, supply chain, commercial, finance or payment processing

    • Knowledge of F5 load balancing, ALB/NLB, WAF, DNS, LDAP, PAM and NIS

    • Experience designing or testing HA/DR setups against RTO/RPO targets

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Tencent Cloud, OCI), containers/orchestration (Kubernetes, Argo) and automation tools (Ansible)
