Senior Employer Branding Executive

– Develop ideas, plan, and execute Employer Branding communication campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract talent in the technology market.

– Create content (articles, communication materials, videos) and directly manage the company’s recruitment social media channels: Career Site, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

– Work closely with internal teams to optimize the Candidate Experience and promote company culture from within to external audiences, turning employees into brand ambassadors.

– Plan and organize online/offline events such as Tech Talks and industry seminars to engage with and build relationships with candidate networks, technology organizations, and communities.

– Monitor, measure, and regularly report on the effectiveness of communication activities, channels, and events.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

– Experience working in Employer Branding, Communications, Content Marketing, or similar roles.

– Strong AI mindset and application skills: proficient in using AI language models (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to support planning and script development; combined with generative AI tools for creating images, audio, and videos (such as ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Suno AI, etc.) to optimize and significantly enhance content creation efficiency.

– Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and awareness of the latest communication and social media trends.

– Strong planning, event organization, and project coordination skills.

– Outgoing, dynamic, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with people.

– Experience with basic graphic design and video editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) is a strong advantage.

– Logical and detail-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and continuously stay updated with new knowledge.
