Job Description
This is a revenue operations leadership role responsible for building and managing the operating system behind SmartOSC’s revenue engine. You will own pipeline governance, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, reporting, and revenue processes, ensuring leadership has a reliable view of business performance and strategic opportunities.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Cadence & Pipeline Governance
– Design and run the operating cadence for strategic accounts, including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly forecast calls, and quarterly business reviews.
– Surface critical opportunities, risks, and actions that require leadership attention.
– Ensure commitments made during reviews are tracked and executed.
– Drive accountability and consistency across revenue teams.
Forecasting & CRM Discipline
– Own pipeline reporting and revenue forecasting as the single source of truth for leadership.
– Improve forecast accuracy through strong CRM governance and sales discipline.
– Define data standards and ensure pipeline information remains current, reliable, and actionable.
– Provide clear visibility into pipeline performance, risks, and opportunities.
Process & Operational Excellence
– Build and optimize scalable revenue processes, including opportunity management, qualification, deal reviews, forecasting, and handoffs.
– Standardize operating procedures, reporting frameworks, and best practices across teams.
– Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled efficiencies.
Executive & Cross-Functional Partnership
– Act as a trusted operational partner to the CEO on strategic pipeline management and revenue planning.
– Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Business Leaders to improve alignment and execution.
– Support leadership decision-making through data, insights, and operational rigor.
Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
– Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and revenue reporting.
– Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and operational discipline.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
– Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability.
– Experience in technology services or other B2B revenue environments is preferred.
– Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency.
– Strong AI mindset with a practical approach to leveraging AI for operational efficiency, automation, and decision-making.
– Professional English communication skills.
