Job Description

– Be a software developer focusing on quality;
– Work with the development team to advise on the testability of new features.
– Design and develop automated functional and load tests;
– Select tools to be used for validation and analysis of product features.
– Follow the overall development process and methodology.
– Communicate with business users and document key test scenarios;
– Investigate test failures, identify design flaws, and suggest potential solutions;
– Enable the company to deliver features quickly through automated testing.


Requirements

– Good English skills (Ability to communicate with clients directly)
– 5 years (+) experience in automation and manual testing.
– Experience with Playwright (Typescript), Robot Framework, or Selenium Web Driver
– Experience in designing comprehensive performance test scenarios simulating peak usage and covering critical transactions.
– Experience in building, customising, and maintaining performance test scripts with JMeter or K6
– Nice to have experience in analysing test results and monitoring metrics (CPU, Memory, Network I/O, Database) using Prometheus, Grafana, and APM tools.
– Experience in CI/CD with Azure DevOps or Jenkins
– Experience with source code management with GIT or similar.
– Experience of working in an Agile/ Scrum/Kanban working process.
– Experience in using a Test Management tool.
– Experience with JIRA (or other defect tracking tools).
– Should be innovative and have great problem-solving and analytical skills
– Being capable of communicating actively and efficiently with stakeholders to elaborate on requirements
