As ConnectPOS continues to scale globally, we are seeking a Sales Manager with strong leadership capability to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing B2B SaaS sales team.
Responsibilities:
● Define and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth for ConnectPOS in key global markets.
● Proactively Source and convert new business opportunities via inbound leads, outbound efforts, events, and strategic partnerships.
● Build, coach, and lead a growing sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets as the business grows
● Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture
● Deliver solution-based consultation: assess client needs, present tailored demos, and manage the full sales cycle to close deals.
● Build and sustain strong relationships with B2B clients in domestic and global markets
● Represent ConnectPOS at key industry events and maintain relationships with strategic partners and enterprise accounts.
● Participate in handling RFPs, quotations, and commercial negotiations
● Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth
● Maintain pipeline visibility and sales activities using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
● Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for sales leadership.


Requirements

Must-have:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in SaaS or IT-related solutions
● Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams, preferably across multiple regions or verticals.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and scale a team in a fast-paced environment
● Strong strategic thinking and business acumen — able to influence product, GTM, and company strategy.
● Proven track record in deal-closing, preferably with enterprise & international clients
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality
● Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Operations)
Preferred/Bonus:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields
● Experience in POS, retail technology, or business software for multi-store operations
● Exposure to international markets (especially APAC, EU, US), especially track record of closing complex deals with enterprise or international clients.
● Experience setting up sales playbooks, onboarding flows, or sales enablement strategies
● Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
