Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Director (SD) to join our team in UAE and KSA. The SD will be in charge for:
– Build up the C-Level relationship with clients and partners generate business opportunities.
– Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across targeted industries.
– Work closely with C-suite executives, senior managers, and the sales team on pitches for each business meeting.
– Lead high-level sales pitches, client meetings, and executive presentations.
– Deliver solution presentations, product demos, and value propositions tailored to client needs.
– Coordinate with Delivery, CoE, and Marketing team to deliver proposal/projects to client.
– Develop services offerings and demonstrations together with marketing team.
– Stay updated on SmartOSC’s products, services, and technology capabilities through continuous training and engagement with internal experts.
Requirements
– 10+ years of experience successful sales experience in Information Technology in UAE and KSA.
– Have strong network in UAE and KSA. Prefered domains are Fintech, Banking, E-Commerce, and CMS
– Have IT background and experience in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Low-code, Automation,…or similar services.
– Exposure to working in international environment and understanding of cultural sensitivities across multiple geographies.
– An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people in a way that is easy for business user to understand.
– Fluently speaking English and Arabic.
