Job Description

 

Location: 1788 Singha complex 30th floor, New-Petchaburi Road, Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok, Thailand
RESPONSIBILITY
● Serve as the primary client-facing representative.
● Develop project plans, assist in defining scopes of work, and create schedules.
● Coordinate and manage remote/offshore teams.
● Manage multiple projects of various types and timelines simultaneously, efficiently, and effectively.
● Be a proactive, hands-on individual capable of organizing and operating multi-faceted projects.
● Oversee all projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely completion.
● Control resource utilization and bottlenecks, making necessary adjustments to ensure team performance.
● Gather requirements, translate briefs, and convert them into actionable tasks.

Requirements

● A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital agency setting
● In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and process tools, including implementing scaled agile practices such as SAFe, DSDM, and SCRUM (Agile SCRUM Master certification preferred).
● Proven ability to lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
● Experience using JIRA and other Atlassian services.
● Experience working directly with clients
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
● A strong team player who mentors and supports team members.
● Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
