Job Description

● Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives
● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
● Build and manage a schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
● Successfully manage the relationship with the client through clear communication patterns
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire process
● Perform risk management to minimize project risks
● Identify, track, manage, prevent and resolve any project issues that may occur
● Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
● Collaborate with off-shore team in Vietnam


Requirements

● In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles and process tools, including implementing scaled agile practices such as SAFe, DSDM, and SCRUM (Agile SCRUM Master certification preferred).
● At least 3 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
● Proven experience in project estimation, people management and risk management
● Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a teamwork-orientated environment, etc.
● Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
● Fluent Korean & English (able to communicate with the off-shore team in Vietnam clearly and concisely)
● Experience working with e-commerce/CMS Platform is advantaged
● Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
