Program Manager (Korea)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Program Manager to join our team in Korea. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between internal teams and high-level stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of programs and maintaining strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, and reporting program progress effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, providing clear and proactive communication.

• Understand and anticipate stakeholder requirements, offering strategic consultation and solutions to align with their objectives.

• Monitor and oversee the overall program to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Develop and deliver executive-level reports, presenting program progress, key milestones, and potential risks.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with program goals and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure program deliverables align with stakeholder requirements.

• Ensure execution is aligned with defined roadmaps.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics.

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth program execution.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

● In-depth understanding of system architecture (e.g., eCommerce systems, API integration, payment gateways, security protocols, and databases).

● 10+ years of experience in technical project management/ program management roles, preferably in eCommerce or consumer-facing applications.

● Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects in a global environment.

● Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, concise, and impactful reports for various audiences, including executives and stakeholders.

● Strong hands-on experience with technical and project teams.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

● Collaborative mindset and adaptability.

● Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
