Job Description

– Review and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
– Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists based on project requirements.
– Perform manual testing for web, mobile, or backend systems depending on project needs.
– Identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately.
– Retest fixed issues and perform regression testing to ensure product stability.
– Work closely with Developers, BAs, PMs/POs, and other team members to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
– Participate in different testing activities such as functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and exploratory testing.
– Support UAT when required.
– Ensure testing results and defect reports are updated in a timely and organized manner.
– Contribute to improving test documentation and QA processes.
– Learn and follow the team’s QA standards, processes, and best practices.


Requirements

Experience
– From 6 months to 2 years of experience in software testing/QA, or strong internship/project experience in testing.
– Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
– Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
Manual Testing
– Understanding of basic testing concepts, testing types, and test design techniques.
– Able to write clear and structured test cases and bug reports.
– Familiar with executing manual test cases and documenting test results.
– Basic knowledge of defect lifecycle and bug tracking process.
Technical Skills
– Basic knowledge of Web/API/Database testing is a plus.
– Familiar with tools such as Jira, Trello, TestRail, or similar is an advantage.
English
– Good English communication skills are required
