Location: Handico Tower, Pham Hung Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi

Type: Full-time

Domain: Airlines project

Client: Philippines

– Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.

– Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, API Testing (e.g., using Postman or Swagger) and Database Validation using SQL queries

– Test core airline functionalities such as flight booking, payment processing, customer accounts, itinerary management, check-in systems, etc.

– Identify, report, and manage bugs using tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.

– Collaborate with developers, BAs, and PMs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

– Maintain accurate test documentation and provide regular QA reports.

– Contribute domain knowledge to improve test accuracy and coverage.

– Mentor and support junior team members to ensure testing best practices.

Senior Manual Tester (06 positions)

– 4+ years of experience in a similar QA role.

– Good English communication skills to work directly with international clients.

– Solid manual testing skills, including API testing and SQL for data validation.

– Able to prepare test plans and mentor junior members.

– Proactive, responsible, and highly collaborative.

– 2+ years of experience in manual testing.

– Good English communication skills to work directly with international clients..

– Good understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, API testing, and SQL.

– Quick learner with strong logical thinking and teamwork skills.

– Experience working on airline domain projects is a strong plus.

– Background in enterprise-scale systems or complex web platforms.

– ISTQB certification or equivalent.

– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes.
