Job Description
– Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in delivering scalable and secure solutions for a high-profile banking project.
– Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using modern Java technologies, ensuring high performance and reliability.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and stakeholders, to meet project requirements.
– Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
– Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to optimize system scalability and modularity.
– Manage project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables to meet deadlines.
– Identify and resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years in Java development with at least 2 years in a team leader role.
– Proven expertise in Java 8+ and mastery of core Java concepts, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
– Proficiency in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA).
– Strong experience with SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
– Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
– Solid knowledge of microservices architecture and design principles.
– Skilled in version control systems like Git.
– Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
– Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals.
– Ability to generate innovative ideas for applying AI in company workflows and products, along with leading and training team members on essential AI skills and knowledge.
