Job Description

● Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts across multiple projects for a large-scale strategic client (100+ headcount)
● Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and management
● Understand customer business processes, needs, and strategic objectives
● Drive requirement gathering, analysis, and validation to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment
● Analyze business requirements from both business and end-user perspectives
● Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development teams and contribute to solution design and product specifications
● Establish and standardize BA processes, frameworks, and documentation quality across projects
● Create and review key deliverables including BRD, FSD, wireframes, activity diagrams, and system flows
● Manage and track all change requests, ensuring proper impact assessment and alignment
● Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and high quality output
● Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in business processes and propose effective solutions
● Support presales activities, including consulting and proposal preparation when required
● Mentor, coach, and develop BA team members.


Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
● At least 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with 2–3 years in leadership/lead role
● Proven experience working on large-scale projects or clients (50+ headcount or equivalent complexity)
● Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand complex systems quickly
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and solution analysis
● Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, prototyping, wireframing, and use case tools
● Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
● Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
● Experience working in outsourcing or consulting environments
● Excellent English skills: verbal and written
● Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management capabilities
● Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
● Experience in Ecommerce domain is a strong advantage
