Job Description
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders
- Recommend valuable services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets
- Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract
- Attend daily/weekly meetings with Delivery team to get equipped with the project’s
- current status
- Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders…
- Negotiate all contracts with the clients
- Manage customer data on the CRM system
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven account management experience (03+ years) in IT service
- Track record in meeting sales targets
- A positive personality who enjoys their work challenges
- Strong and confident communication skills – Talking to clients on a phone, face to
- face and via video conferencing regularly to develop good working relationships, add
- value and identify opportunities
- Proven ability to build Champions and remain client’s satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Hard-working and self-accountable
- Positive attitude
