Job Description

 

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with the customer’s key stakeholders
  • Recommend valuable services/solutions to meet/exceed the assigned sales targets
  • Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings with Delivery team to get equipped with the project’s
  • current status
  • Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders…
  • Negotiate all contracts with the clients
  • Manage customer data on the CRM system
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

 

Requirements

Essential:
  • Proven account management experience (03+ years) in IT service
  • Track record in meeting sales targets
  • A positive personality who enjoys their work challenges
  • Strong and confident communication skills – Talking to clients on a phone, face to
  • face and via video conferencing regularly to develop good working relationships, add
  • value and identify opportunities
  • Proven ability to build Champions and remain client’s satisfaction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Hard-working and self-accountable
  • Positive attitude

  • Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments
