Location: Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, South Korea
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team at SmartOSC Korea. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our clients. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders on the client side (Project team procurement, Management, etc..). Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for client needs within the agency.
● Commercial Engagement: Handle the commercial processes to finalize the Contracts, Work Orders, Sign-Off, Payments, etc.. to deliver the assigned revenue target of the assigned key account.
● Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Delivery Team to monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned clients. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their ecommerce strategies and drive growth.
● Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends. Drive account expansion and revenue growth.
● Issue Resolution: Act as a problem solver by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain a proactive approach to prevent potential challenges.
● Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Provide regular updates on account progress, project statuses, and performance metrics.


Requirements

● Proven account management experience (03+ years) in Digital agencies, with a broad understanding of the IT system development.
● A deep understanding of the Korean IT market landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
● A high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and negotiation skills
● Proven ability to build Champions and remain client’s satisfaction
● Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
● Hard-working and self-accountable
● Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
