Job Description
• Execute the contact development process of targeted accounts
• Create personalized content experiences
• Identify new business opportunities through the use of email, phone and social media to
introduce about SmartOSC and set up meetings for the Sales Manager within the target
market
• Create Lead scoring process to optimize campaigns to generate better leads
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how
SmartOSC’s solutions will speak to those needs
• Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are
logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
