Job Description

1. KEY DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Own and oversee the technical architecture and solution design across multiple projects.
– Participate in and support the presales process, including solution proposal, estimation, and client discussions.
– Ensure high-quality technical delivery for projects targeting markets such as Korea, Australia, Japan,…
– Provide technical direction, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to define scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
– Drive best practices in software development, architecture, and cloud adoption.
– Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving roadblocks that affect timelines or deliverables.
– Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
– Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


Requirements

– Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
– Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, and establishing technical best practices across projects.
– Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, etc.).
– Exposure to presales activities such as solution consulting, technical presentations, proposal preparation, or customer workshops.
– Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
– Strong expertise in Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
– Experience in designing and delivering complex, large-scale systems.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
– Experience working with international clients.
– Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
