Job Description

 

– Work directly with international clients from the US, Europe, Australia, and Singapore under guidance of Project Manager.
– Coordinate daily project activities to ensure tasks are executed according to project plan, timeline, and quality standards.
– Support Project Manager in planning, tracking, and controlling project scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
– Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and clients to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information flow.
– Prepare, update, and maintain project documentation including project plans, reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
– Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, issues, or dependencies.
– Contribute to continuous improvement of project coordination processes, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

– At least 1 year experience in similar project manager/ project coordinator position
– At least 2 years professional experience in web/internet or software development
– Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a teamwork-orientated environment, etc.
– Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
– Ability to support project planning, estimation, and delivery tracking under Project Manager’s guidance.
– Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
– Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
– Experience working with project management tools such as: Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or equivalent.
