Automation Tester (Banking)

SmartOSC đang tìm kiếm Senior Automation Tester có kinh nghiệm mạnh về Mobile Testing để tham gia các dự án ngân hàng quy mô lớn. Đây là vị trí dành cho ứng viên có khả năng xây dựng automation framework và quy trình testing từ đầu, phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội Dev, BA và Business trong môi trường banking có yêu cầu cao về bảo mật, hiệu năng và chất lượng sản phẩm.

– Thiết kế và xây dựng Mobile Automation Framework cho ứng dụng ngân hàng từ giai đoạn đầu dự án

– Xây dựng strategy, test architecture, reusable components và standard cho team QA

– Thực hiện automation test cho ứng dụng Mobile (iOS/Android)

– Thiết kế và maintain test scripts cho functional test, regression test, smoke test

– Tích hợp automation test vào CI/CD pipeline

– Phân tích requirement, review business flow và đề xuất solution để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm

– Phối hợp với Dev team để xử lý defect, troubleshoot issue và tối ưu quy trình release

– Đánh giá chất lượng hệ thống, coverage và automation effectiveness

Từ 4-6+ năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Software Testing

–  Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Automation Testing cho Mobile App

–  Thành thạo một trong các framework/tools: Appium/Selenium/XCTest/Espresso là lợi thế

–  Có kinh nghiệm build automation framework từ đầu

–  Thành thạo ít nhất một ngôn ngữ lập trình: Java/Kotlin/JavaScript/TypeScript/Python

–  Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với CI/CD: Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD/Azure DevOps

–  Hiểu rõ software testing lifecycle, test strategy và QA best practices

–  Có kinh nghiệm trong domain Banking/Finance là lợi thế lớn

–  Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc team tốt

– Có khả năng làm việc onsite trong môi trường ngân hàng.
