Job Description


– Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for client needs within the agency.
– Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with clients’ business goals and objectives. Leverage your deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape to provide insightful recommendations and solutions.
– Ecommerce Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the Magento platform, its capabilities, and limitations. Provide expert guidance on ecommerce best practices, trends, and innovations specific to the Australian market.
– Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned clients. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize their ecommerce strategies and drive growth.
– Upselling and Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to clients based on their evolving needs and industry trends. Drive account expansion and revenue growth.
– Issue Resolution: Act as a problem solver by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain a proactive approach to prevent potential challenges.
– Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in Australia. Share relevant insights with clients to help them stay ahead in the market.
– Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Provide regular updates on account progress, project statuses, and performance metrics.


– Proven account management experience (03+ years) in Digital/ eCommerce agency, with a broad understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, preferably Adobe Commerce (Magento)
– A deep understanding of the Australian ecommerce landscape, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics
– Track record in meeting annual sales targets
– A positive personality who enjoys their work challenges
– A high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and negotiation skills
– Proven ability to build Champions and remain client’s satisfaction
– Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail
– Hard-working and self-accountable
– Positive attitude
