Senior Revenue Operations

– Monitor Revenue Streams: Oversee all revenue channels, including sales and partnerships, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

– Action Plan Tracking: Monitor the sales team's action plans to ensure they meet their targets. Regularly review these plans allows for timely adjustments and keeps the team aligned with their objectives.

– Data Analysis: Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

– Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure alignment and support for revenue objectives.

– Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations.

– Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate forecasting and manage the sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

– Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with sales policies & process.

– Reporting: Present revenue reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.

– Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

– Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

– Strong organizational and project management abilities.

– Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
