Senior Marketing Designer

Social Media Production

● Develop visual concepts for branding and promotion on social channels

● Plan production and post-production of videos/images to meet deadline

● Regularly update social media trends

● Others assigned by the line manager

● Conceptualize and develop strategic creative solutions for cross-channel marketing campaigns. Adapt messages to suit the requirements of each media channel.

● Ensure that deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and translate into integrated, visually compelling solutions for web, mobile, print and visual applications. Employ graphic and interactive design best practices

● Design landing pages for events, products which need to be effective and aligned with the brand

● Others assigned by the line manager

● Responsible for merchandise display for physical events

● Others assigned by the line manager

Essential:

● Minimum of 03 years working experience as a creative executive in an agency or corporate environment preferred (regardless of industry)

● Advanced graphic design knowledge & skills

● Advanced knowledge of design software packages is a must—Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere

● Knowledge of social video creation, digital photography and web design

● High levels of organizational and independent thinking and the ability to switch rapidly between different projects in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to produce high-quality design content while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with discipline in meeting deadlines

● Holder of Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

● Background in IT agency and other B2B agency-side marketing preferred

● Work in an international environment with a Sales/Marketing team located in 6 countries

● Take part in SmartOSC rigorous Business Events calendar of over 10 events annually, including our internationally recognized flagship event Meet Magento Asia
